My treadmill arrived in a heavily damaged box, with loose screws and bolts in the box, luckily only missing 1 washer. Unfortunately, one of the computer wires had been severed by the frame because of poor packaging. The treadmill was easy enough to put together, but upon assembly,I noted that I had 2 left handlebars. With the right handlebar containing essential computer wires, I was out of luck. The treadmill itself works okay, just no computer feedback. I have asked the company to send me the right handlebar and replacement for the severed wire.

The box was broken in several pieces and part of the hardware was falling out. When I opened the box and took out the major pieces, the frames had several dents in them. I checked the hardware to see that all pieces were there before assembling and found that some bolts, etc. were missing. I packed it all back up and sent it back for a refund. Never had a chance to try it. Most disappointed.

Wasnt the best, hard to assemble, the mat on the wheels kept coming off to the side, should have returned it but was past the time I could and was free shipping to me, to send back was $ 70 !
